A hair toner is a semi-permanent hair coloring product capable of modifying the hair’s color and pH level. One significant benefit of toners is their ability to extend the life of your color, so we typically recommend refreshing your toner in 3 to 4 weeks between color appointments!
HOW IS HAIR TONER APPLIED:
